Our Club
Rugby Town Girls & Women FC has been part of the fabric of women's football in Warwickshire since 1996. From grassroots beginnings to competing at Step 6 of the FA pyramid, we believe in developing players, nurturing talent, and giving women and girls a place to belong.
Competing in the West Midlands Regional Women's Football League — one of the eight FA regional leagues at tiers 5 and 6 of the women's football pyramid.
Home fixtures are played at Rugby Town Football Club, providing a great matchday experience for players and supporters alike.
The first team is managed with a clear focus on youth development — giving young players the platform to grow and shine at senior level.
We work closely with local clubs and Rugby Town Academy for Girls to provide a clear and supported pathway into open age football.
